Fashion UP is the project for a biannual publication positioned between B2B and independent fashion magazines. It aims to showcase the work of young designers, local brands and start-ups in Italy while giving business advice and analysing trends and current affairs around both the national and international fashion industry.

 

Inside Fashion UP readers will find upfront stories of business success, experts’ opinions on leading-edge issues, profiles and interviews with inspiring new entrepreneurs and advice on a range of business topics such as retail, social media marketing, legal facts and trend forecasting, always emphasizing the connection between business, fashion and "Italianness".

 

It is the only Italian publishing project targeting both business leaders and start-ups in fashion, with the goal of creating a reliable and efficient platform and facilitate the networking process.

 

Fashion UP aims to tap into this market and create a strong brand identity through its online strategy and its distribution mechanism. As a matter of fact, in order to offer maximum exposure to the showcased designers and companies a blend of media platforms will be implemented, including both a website and a thorough presence on the most important social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, with a particular emphasis on YouTube as part of an effective video marketing strategy.

 

As a new B2B fashion magazine the initial distribution will particularly regard the North of Italy, where most of the fashion enterprises are based. In order to gain visibility among the industry and decision makers, FW 2017 complimentary copies will be delivered to selected businesses and will be sold on the online shop in the website, with the goal of rapidly expanding with each new issue.
